It was fall when I visited Switzerland not for a vacation but for a competition. I was soooo in awe of the colours. How I wish to jump out from car and bring my gears, chill at the barn with a cold beer and capture those beautiful spots – the beautiful landscapes, the barns, the cows, the old houses, the sceneries, the colours of fall… ooohhh it was too beautiful!!!! so sooo beautiful!

The UAE TEAM, we competed for the World Championship of Pastry, Icecream and Chocolate and The Cake Designer World Championship 2017.  We did our prep in switzerland. For me, each day and night  was spent on finishing my cake for display and preparing for my 2 live competitions. It was non stop off hardwork and thinking what to do next and building up stragegy how to utilize time during the competition. Not easy but thank God I nailed it!
