I couldn’t ask for more. The last place on my Europe trip was the romantic France. It was so beautiful, so calm, so cool, it’s life itself! Of course I miss France, the beauty is superb, the food and pastries and the calmness. I couldn’t explain it but you should visit and embrace it! It is a very lovely place!!!

It was gloomy and drizzling but glad I could still shoot and make each day worth it. Even figuring out the places and exploring the train station by myself, getting lost and relying on strangers directions and google maps for locations. It was really great figuring things out on your own. I was bit reluctant and scared but the fulfillment was amazing every time I figured the place out.

I got few days to explore France and I was very busy shooting and visiting places despite of the rain. I said to myself I can’t fly back without exploring its pastry world. Im a pastry chef and its a must that I should taste french pastries. I love french pastries so much! And I made it! visited few MOF pastryshops and so delighted with its flavours and textures! ohhhh I want to eat more but 1 day of tasting all is not enough and I dont wan’t to get tonsillitis after!:) Time was to tight that I need to catch my train back to the Louvre and be on a photographer mode again for some nightscape shots.
Til I see you again France!!!

I will always remember having my coffee paired with traditional clafoutis at one rainy day outside Louvre. I was waiting for the rain to stop so I could study the angles around the louvre and prep myself for the nightscape shoot. The taste of the clafoutis was perfectly awesome, fresh and so enticing.
